Cape Attorneys

Attorney McNamara returned to Cape Cod, Massachusetts in the Summer of 2011, focusing in the primary practice areas of Business Law and Estate Planning. Having a small business of his own, and having spent some of his pre-college years as a Licensed Nurse’s Assistant at a nursing home, he has both education and first-hand knowledge on common issues in these areas of law. Attorney McNamara has been counseling clients for over a decade in general business law (formation through acquisition), Medicaid and Estate Planning, Probate Administration. Attorney McNamara is a member of the Barnstable County Bar Association, a Mentor with the Cape Entrepreneurship for All Chapter, and participates in several charities.
